Go To Q, Meet Up, Save Big

I can’t wait to go to Q.

For the last couple years I’ve seen videos of the talks and heard glowing reviews from friends who got to go, so I’m excited that 2009 will finally be my year. Even better, 2009 can be your year, too, if you don’t have plans April 27-29. Check out how Q describes itself:

Q is a gathering where church leaders and cultural influencers from the fields of business, politics, media, education, entertainment and the arts are exposed to the future of culture and the church’s responsibility to advance the common good in society.

How awesome is that? As if past Q conferences weren’t great enough, this year they’re adding a few meetups for different communities and tribes. I’ll be partnering with the amazing team at the Center for Church Communication (CFCC) for a meetup and I’d love for you to join us at Q in Austin.

As part of the COLLIDE/CFCC tribe, you can get $150 off the registration cost by using the promo code “COLLIDE09″ if you register by December 31.

As you try to figure out what conferences you’ll attend next year, consider Q for the opportunity to connect with a lot of fellow passionate leaders and the opportunity to hear from visionaries such as Andy Crouch, Alan Hirsch, David Crowder, Shane Hipps, Tim Keel, Mike Foster, and Rick McKinley. Plus, the name of the conference is easy to spell and remember. What else could you want?

I hope to see you there.
