		<description>So true. Just the other day I had a conflict with somebody and I texted them. They ended up taking it the wrong way. The guy whom I had the conflict with called me back..we got everything cleared up. So face-to-face communication is a better method of resolving conflict like you were saying. I probably should have talked to him in person, but at that exact time I couldn&#039;t and therefore conflict was evident when it shouldn&#039;t have been.</description>
