Compass Cinema’s Modern Parables

Posted by Scott McClellan on November 16th, 2007 at 1:12 pm

Greetings from the National Youth Workers Convention in Atlanta. We’re having a good time so far, and it is nice to be able to put a free issue of COLLIDE in the hands of people who hadn’t heard about us yet. I also had the pleasure of meeting Thomas Purifoy from Compass Cinema. Compass recently released Modern Parables Volume 1, which we rated 4.5 stars (out of 5) in the November/December issue of COLLIDE.

Thomas and his crew have a lot of talent and a great heart for creating high quality art with deep spiritual value. If you’re in the market for small group curriculum that involves both video and discussion, the Modern Parables series is a great place to start.

Scott – it was great to meet you at the conference, as well. I’m very excited about what Collide is doing. You have a fantastic-looking magazine with excellent content. A friend in the industry called me just yesterday to say he saw the review and to tell me he’s a big fan of yours. Thanks for letting us be a part of it.
